4.3 Reports

 Select the Report Type on the Sidebar Menu:

 Select the desired date range

 Run Report

 Clicks report is a comprehensive tool for analyzing click data generated by affiliates, campaigns, and other tracked sources. It provides essential insights into engagement and traffic driven by affiliates, offering a detailed view of click patterns, sources, and traffic quality. By identifying which affiliates or campaigns generate the most clicks and tracking trends, users can optimize strategies and enhance performance.

 Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Reports > Clicks

 Installs report enables tracking and analysis of the number of product installs or activations attributed to affiliates or campaigns across your platform, providing valuable insights into which products are gaining traction through affiliate traffic. It helps optimize marketing strategies by focusing on the actual installs rather than just clicks. By assessing affiliate performance based on completed installs, it offers a more meaningful metric for success.

 Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Reports > Installs

 Leads Via API Report monitor and manage leads generated through API integrations, offering valuable insights for affiliates and marketers to assess campaign performance and refine strategies. This report displays lead data submitted through the API, providing essential details about each lead generated.

 Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Reports > Leads via API

 Especially useful for platforms that gather leads (such as sign-ups or registrations) via affiliate referrals or third-party integrations, allowing users to track, evaluate, and optimize the quality and source of these leads.

 Sub-Affiliates Report provides insights into sub-affiliates operating under a primary affiliate. It enables networks and advertisers to analyze individual sub-affiliate performance, helping assess their contributions within an affiliate’s network.

 Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Reports > Sub Affiliates

 Report particularly valuable in multi-tier affiliate programs, where primary affiliates manage their own network of sub-affiliates.

 Affiliate Transactions Reports tracks and analyzes all financial transactions related to affiliates, including commissions, bonuses, and payouts. This feature helps users monitor affiliate earnings, ensuring transparency and accuracy in payments. By reviewing transaction records, users can assess affiliate performance, manage payouts efficiently, and verify that all financial rewards are correctly documented.

 Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Reports > Affiliate Transactions

 Affiliate Transactions Summary Report provides a view of financial transactions with affiliates over a selected period. Instead of listing individual transactions, it presents aggregated totals of commissions, bonuses, and other payments. This report helps users quickly assess overall affiliate payouts, track total spending on rewards, and identify broader trends in affiliate compensation

 Postbacks Report tracks the postback URL’s sent to affiliates for events like conversions or installs. It helps users verify whether postbacks were successfully delivered, ensuring affiliates receive accurate updates on credited actions. This feature is essential for tracking affiliate transactions, managing conversions, and maintaining transparency in recorded customer actions and earnings.
