6.2 Banners

The Banners are visually tools used to promote products. Ideal for quick placements on websites, blogs, or forums to drive traffic to specific promotions or landing pages
It is important to always test banners created with ErrorAffiliate (tester affiliate) to make sure they are working properly.
Create and Modify a Banner

Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Marketing Tools > Banners

On the Banners Panel, use the Add Banner (+ icon) on the right top to create or upload a new banner.

Select the way to upload the banner by Single Creative or Bulk Upload, use the second option if you want to load several banners

Follow the steps of assigning Product Theme Category and Themes

Use the icon tools available on each row for:

To Edit the banner details use the pencil icon.

To Select a Theme of a particular banner, use the checkbox icon.

To Add as Favorite a banner, use the heart icon.

To Delete a banner, use the trashcan icon.

Use the Search bar to look up by Category Themes and display only the banners relevant to your selection
Provide Banners

Select a banner and click Get the code, using the arrows icon on the right of each row. A popup window will appear.

All roles that have the permission enabled will be allowed to obtain banners

Select an Affiliate and one of the Campaigns of this Affiliate
-
You can set parameters or add a custom parameter
-
Copy to Clipboard the provided HTML code and place it on their Affiliate’s site
-
As an Advanced Setting you can hard-code parameters into banners URLs directly in Track360.
Visualization of Banners

Use the right-side Filter Menu to filter which banners do you want to visualize

Select to overview the banners filtering:

By Compliance or Product
-
By Theme Category or Theme
-
By Geolocation or Language
-
By Dimensions
-
By Operation System
-

Use the Reset Filters option at top if you want to reset to default
-
Only one banner per Theme is shown by default.
-
You can filter further (e.g., by dimensions) to select the one you want to see.

To display multiple preferred banners at the same time as default, each must be linked to a different Theme.
For instructions on creating and managing Themes, go into section 6.1 Themes and Themes Categories.

Once banners are divided by Theme, affiliates can only view and use the banners from Themes they have permission to access.
Compliance and Risk Warnings for Banners

Set different compliance warnings and banners based on geographic locations or regulatory requirements

Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Compliance > Regulation Settings

Configure risk warnings based on country requirements

You can verify that desktop and mobile images are uploaded in the correct size by the first icon on the right top of the corner

Use the pencil (icon) on each Compliance to modify the specifications.

Use the + (icon) on the top right corner to add a Compliance. A popup window will appear:

Select a Compliance’s Name

User associated information as Default Deal, Affiliate Manager and BU
-
Brand settings to modify between options or same as default for the Email verification (yes, no or default), Compliance Status (Needs to complete KYC, Automatically approval or default), Account Status (Pennding Approval, Pennding Approval

Compliance requirements as, Countries where the conditions apply, Risk warning by setting Key (language) and Value (text to display).

Check or not the Watermark
-
Add notes on the Description

Click on Save to add the Compliance

Once Compliance activity is done, select the Remake images with regulations (first icon) on the top right corner to update Marketing multimedia material

Banners automatically update with correct warnings based on IP and language associated (visitor location)
