6.7 Smart Links

Manage Smart Links
  •  This section is just available for the Managers to administrate and create Smart Links.
  •  Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Marketing Tools > Smart Links Management
  •  Under the Smart Links column (left side) the icons on the rightmost of each rows are used to:
    •  Edit, with the pencil icon, to modify the Smart Link details
    •  Delete, with the trashcan icon, to delete the Smart Link
  •  Use the New Smart Link button on the top right corner of the Smart Link Column. A pop up window will appear:
    •  Complete the Name of the Link
    •  Select if the link Is Enabled or not
    •  Choose the Target Advertiser and Product
    •  The Allowed Roles to use the new Link
    •  The Default Landing Page URL associated. If none of the conditions are met, they will be redirected to the default one
  •  Click on the desired Smart Link and on the right side of the panel will be displayed the Target URL Editor:
    •  Edit, with the pencil icon, to modify the condition.
  •  Set the relation between And/Or for the conditions settled for the redirected Target URL:
    •  Add (plus icon) button of the desired condition you want to add a new one that also needs to be fulfilled to redirect to the link. Set the AND relation which will need to meet all the conditions to qualify.
    •  Add New Target button to create a new condition for the selected Smart Link which sets OR relation where if it is only required to meet one of the conditions to qualify.

Smart Links for Affiliate
  •  The Smart Links are referral links that will redirect to different Landing Pages based on the conditions determined
  •  Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Marketing Tools > Smart Links
  •  Select the desired Smart Link by clicking on Get Code icon on the rightmost of the row.
    •  Affiliates are available to select a product and language
    •  The affiliate is allowed to add parameters for the link
    •  Track360 generates affiliate-specific referral links automatically
    •  Affiliates are available to copy and share links directly
