Use the **Template Editor** to edit the email notification: - Select the **subject** and **body** of the template email - Compose the body of the event, use the desired **variables** on the bottom by clicking, to add it to the template. - Use the **Template Settings** to determine the characteristics of the event: - Choose the **Event Type** to determine which action will trigger the event (e.g., Affiliate Created, Affiliate Signup, etc.) - **Business Unit** to specify selected BU if needed or select root to apply all - **Assigned Affiliate Manager** to send the notification - Activate or not the **Notification Group** if you want to delay the message and group the notification for the same event (e.g., delay 1 minute before handling NewAffliateSignUp notification, and send all together) - Use the **Event Recipients** to determine who will be receiving the alert: - Select **internal roles** (e.g., Affiliate Management) to receive the notification - Click on **Add Recipients** and add as many addressees you want to set -
