8.3 Event Notifications Management

Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Notification Management
Add New Event

Adding an Event will trigger an automatic internal notification if a specific action occurs

Click the Add New Event button on the top left corner. A new window will appear to set the email notification

Use the Template Editor to edit the email notification:

Select the subject and body of the template email

Compose the body of the event, use the desired variables on the bottom by clicking, to add it to the template.

Use the Template Settings to determine the characteristics of the event:

Choose the Event Type to determine which action will trigger the event (e.g., Affiliate Created, Affiliate Signup, etc.)

Business Unit to specify selected BU if needed or select root to apply all

Assigned Affiliate Manager to send the notification

Activate or not the Notification Group if you want to delay the message and group the notification for the same event (e.g., delay 1 minute before handling NewAffliateSignUp notification, and send all together)

Use the Event Recipients to determine who will be receiving the alert:

Select internal roles (e.g., Affiliate Management) to receive the notification

Click on Add Recipients and add as many addressees you want to set
