8.3 Event Notifications Management

  • Navigate by the left Sidebar Menu and click on the Notification Management

Add New Event
  •  Adding an Event will trigger an automatic internal notification if a specific action occurs
  •  Click the Add New Event button on the top left corner. A new window will appear to set the email notification
  •  Use the Template Editor to edit the email notification:
    •  Select the subject and body of the template email
    •  Compose the body of the event, use the desired variables on the bottom by clicking, to add it to the template.
  •  Use the Template Settings to determine the characteristics of the event:
    •  Choose the Event Type to determine which action will trigger the event (e.g., Affiliate Created, Affiliate Signup, etc.)
    •  Business Unit to specify selected BU if needed or select root to apply all
    •  Assigned Affiliate Manager to send the notification
    •  Activate or not the Notification Group if you want to delay the message and group the notification for the same event (e.g., delay 1 minute before handling NewAffliateSignUp notification, and send all together)
  •  Use the Event Recipients to determine who will be receiving the alert:
  •  Select internal roles (e.g., Affiliate Management) to receive the notification
  •  Click on Add Recipients and add as many addressees you want to set
